There are instances when you are not satisfied with the products delivered. In such cases, we allow you to return your products. You can either demand the exchange or refund of your amount. Kindly read our Return Policy carefully to know more about it.
- Can I return the products purchased from Rakhiz.com?Yes. To give you a pleasant shopping experience and to maintain your trust on us, we allow you to return the items purchased by you. You may return the items if you are not satisfied with them, or you receive the items in damaged or defective condition. Even if you do not receive the item similar to shown on our website, you may return it to us. Though, we request you to return the items within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise we will not be able to accept them.
- When do you accept the items returned, and when to you reject them?The return is entertained only if the item delivered is damaged, defective or do not match with the quality selected by you. In any other instance, we reserve the rights to accept or reject your request. Generally, we do not entertain returns in following cases:
- You have to request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after 48 hours will not be entertained.
- We will reject the items if they are used by you, or are not in the original condition or are washed or ironed.
- No return will be entertained for the items returned without its packaging, bill and/or accessories.
- We do not accept the consumable products which are used by you.
- If the products are tempered or if serial number is missing, no return will be entertained.
- Any damage, other than those are not covered under the manufacturing warranty, will not be accepted under our Return Policy.
- How do request for a return?You may request a return through an email. The email should be dispatched within 48 hours of item delivery. Drop a mail at support@rakhiz.com or contact us through our website.
- What do you do in case of returns?We may either send you a new product similar to the product purchased by you (if it's available in our stock). If you wish or if the product is not available, we refund the total amount of the item.
- Do you collect the returned amount from my address?No. You will have to courier the item to our address. Make sure that the amount you wish to return is in original condition. Also send the original packing, labels and bill with your courier.
- Do you charge extra for returns?No, we do not charge anything for returning the products.
